Butterfly weed (Asclepias tuberosa)

Asclepias tuberosa is an easy perennial that provides a long-lasting display of orange flowers and food for butterflies throughout the summer. It is native to the eastern United States and is also popular outside its native range. The flowers are usually bright orange, but there is some natural variation in flower color, ranging from yellow to red.
